We are an international franchise aquatics club based in three countries (United Arab Emirates, South Africa and India).

The United Arab Emirates is up for sale with two business licenses (Mainland and Freezone), and two branches currently in prime locations in Dubai.

Lease agreements left with both branches have up to two years left with the first option of renewal.

We provide quality swimming, water polo and synchronised swimming lessons at affordable prices to the Dubai community.

Another successful division of the company is the training provision, where we tutor and qualify candidates in aquatic training courses - in order for them to pursue a career in aquatics.

We have over 550+ clients thus far.

The potential buyer will still have the business under the Pool Academy Aquatics Franchise banner, due to intellectual property of the name and franchising agreement but has the option of buying the business and changing the name.

If the buyer wishes to remain in the franchise system as per the agreement, the buyer will pay 10% royalties per month, no upfront franchising fee, as the franchising agreement is still valid for 10 years.
