1. Accreditation and Approvals: It KHDA licence is good till 6th August 2025.
DED license is good till 14th August 2025.
Corporate Tax is registered till 31st December 2024.

2. Location:
Located in a mall with good footfall. The name of the mall is Warqa Mall. It’s located at Tripoli Street, Al Warqa 4. There are 7 schools within a radius of 2 km. We are located on the first floor. There are beauty saloons and the government office of Tadbeer on the same floor which means there is a potential for consistent traffic and visibility. Sixty per cent of the current students are through the footfall from these sources. It has a good spacious basement parking. Outdoor free parking and a supermarket on the ground floor which is very convenient for the mothers as they do the grocery or go to the saloon while the children come in for their classes. The rent is paid till October 2024. The lease is till July 2025. The rent is deducted after every 3 months.

• English Mastery: Unlocking Reading, Writing and Speaking (Business English, Restaurant English. We have developed a program of Restaurant English and offered to the front-line staff and servers of 3 restaurants so far)

4. Strategic Partnerships: We are in partnerships with reputable organizations:
• British Council Dubai. We are a business partner with the British Council till January 2025. We are also the registration center for IELTS. Therefore, the British Council will pay us a commission if we register students for the IELTS exam. This can be turned in to the IELTS testing center if the premises qualify for the inspection by the British Council.
• Copperstone: American Online High School from Nevada State.
• Toronto Global Academy: Online high school from Ontario. Upon graduation, students will get an Ontario High School Diploma. The Talent Tree and The Learning Tree are their sole representative in the region.
• Emirates Platinum Program: We are on the aap for Emirates Platinum. The employees of the Emirates qualify for a 15% discount for our services. Few of the pilots took our German Language Classes.
• Etisalat Sports and Leisure Club: The Talent Tree is on board with Etisalat Sports and Leisure Club for their Summer Camp to provide English Classes. There is a potential for future camps as it's our very first summer in the business. Their clients can also be potential businesses as we just signed up with them.
• Agent for IBS (International Business School Budapest, Hungary and Vienna, Austria.
5. Growth Potential: There is the potential for future growth and expansion, whether through increasing enrollment by investing money through marketing.
6. Website and social media: The website is up to date and the emails are in place with the domain name. The domain is through tasjeel.ae and is paid till July 2025. Google Business profile is up to date, and we have invested money in Google Search Optimization. Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages are active and broadcast daily. The customer data is there for WhatsApp broadcast.
7. Physical Premises:

8. Staff:
• Full-time Admin staff is available. Trained on administrative and teaching tasks. She is from the other branch and will work for 2 months with new management to hire and train their staff.
• To keep the overheads low we have part-time staff which teaches online and in person. Staff is in place for all the programs. In future can hire the full-time staff. 9. Reason for Selling:
