A Successfully running construction/contracting company in Dubai in its 14th year of operations with Ongoing/Running Projects of AED 11 Million and Signed Contracts of AED 90+ Million is looking for an Investor with the following options:

INVESTMENT REQUIRED: AED 2 MILLION (DIRHAMS TWO MILLION)

RETURN ON INVESTMENT:

OPTION – 1 :
- FULL TIME PARTNER WITH A PROFIT SHARE OF 40% IN THE NETT PROFIT OF THE COMPANY’S BUSINESS.
- NAME IN THE LICENSE WITH 40% SHARES/PARTNERSHIP
- JOINT SIGNATORY IN THE BANK

OPTION – 2 :
INVESTMENT PERIOD – 6 MONTHS
PROFIT : AED 1 MILLION PROFIT
SECURITY FOR INVESTMENT/INVESTOR:
01) Name in the License
02) Joint Signatory in the Bank
03) Security Cheque of AED 3 Million (Investment + Profit)
04) Agreement with a Lawyer
Upon receiving the Investment & Profit, Investor’s name will be removed from the License and Agreement becomes null & void.

INVESTMENT: AED 500,000 (DIRHAMS FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ONLY)

RETURN ON INVESTMENT:

OPTION – 1 :
- FULL TIME PARTNER WITH A PROFIT SHARE OF 20% IN THE NETT PROFIT OF THE COMPANY’S BUSINESS.
- NAME IN THE LICENSE WITH 20% SHARES/PARTNERSHIP
- JOINT SIGNATORY IN THE BANK

OPTION – 2 :
INVESTMENT PERIOD – 4 MONTHS
PROFIT : AED 100,000 PROFIT
SECURITY FOR INVESTMENT/INVESTOR:
05) Name in the License
06) Joint Signatory in the Bank
07) Security Cheque of AED 600,000 (Investment + Profit)
08) Agreement with a Lawyer
Upon receiving the Investment & Profit, Investor’s name will be removed from the License and Agreement becomes null & void.

NOTE:
01. All Bank Guarantees to receive the Advance Payments &/or Performance Guarantees, Project running costs, Overheads & Expenses will be managed within the Investment Amount.
