what are we selling?
I am selling a clean Trade license with no blocks, one owner and a business minded sponsor, no black points and fully functional. it is an LLC trade license from the DED (Dubai Economic Dept), for the mainland zones
I am selling the franchise rights for both countries, (UAE, Lebanon as per above),
I am selling the fully standardized fit out of the branded shop
I am selling the full equipment that are installed in the shop and the branded furniture that you will see nearly intact
I am selling the clientele that are today and on daily basis frequenting the shop for their F&B needs
The shop sells All Commercial coffees, sells beans, capsules, all kind of pastries and wraps and we do 5 different kind of sandwiches platters which are cold cuts, and soups. We do smoothies and Turkish coffee.

Why are we selling?
We are selling the project due to our inability to manage this project anymore despite the fact that it is now supposed to start making enough money to generate profit to the level that we had projected.
The shop has NO Debts at all and the operation is very stable financially.
