Now regarding your questions, I should emphasize the following:

We had established our gallery in 1999 and it was in operation till recent years. At the closing time it was the biggest art gallery in UAE in terms of available stocks owned by gallery, number of paintings, handicrafts, equipments and accessories. The reason of closing gallery was family issues.

The legal form of the business was L.L.C. and activities were including art gallery, art institute , with permission for trading in art pieces, handicrafts, paintings, framing, artistically designed gifts, art classes, symposiums, seminars, etc...

Trade license is cancelled which we can get back very easy. All other stuff like stock, equipment and accessories including website, computer systems, hanging materials as well as big data bases, worldwide connections and catalogues of thousands and thousands of paintings are available. So, you will arrange for the new owner a trade license, he or she will rent a big space and the rest is absolutely available.

Our gallery was located opposite Burj Al Arab in Dubai and still the people are calling me for art classes and paintings.

Right now, we don’t have any employees due to cancellation of trade license.

The main cost will be the rent charges, the rest will not be a big amount. If the main hall will be quite big then just exhibitions twice a month in that hall will cover all gallery expenses.

I had spent in that gallery more than 3.8 million dirham’s but I’m ready to sell it for 1,700,000 AED only. And it is nothing, because if divide this amount of the number of our paintings only, every painting will cost 3,000AED only. If you add to this, the cost of handicrafts, equipment, connections, website and so on then the mentioned above amount is really nothing.”
