Factory is a two year old company located in Al quoz Industrial area-1 in a prime location.

Total Area of the Warehouse around 440 Sq.m containing office/store room/paint booth and pantry area.

The warehouse has enough height for building mezzanine floor in order to extent the area of manufacturing.

Even though our factory was set up in the beginning of 2013 the actual work started since June 2013 namely 1.5 years.

Regarding Labours, company has only 10 people namely 5 carpenters / 2 Painters and 3 helpers who are engaged in the factory work.

The reason for selling the factory now cause of we have decided to move to Africa where we have located our trading and other business and we got more opportunities there.
