Just a year old, this second hand furniture website is for sale!

This unique, one of a kind adventure started a year ago to sell second hand - we prefer to say "Pre-Loved!- designer furniture online.

The idea was to have a "better" , more focused type of Dubizzle, where only quality furniture would be posted.

A year later, we have a great website, a warehouse in Al Quoz, lots of traffic, no real competition... but not enough time to make this baby really grow!

We run a lean operation, with just the 2 of us, the warehouse , an IT team in Bombay running our website, and our telephones. We sell lovely pieces of furniture almost daily, and meet great people in the process. But we both had another, more mature business before we cooked up that one, and we are not giving this enough attention. It is making money, but not yet enough for us to give up our former companies, which we actually do not want to do either! And as all our 3 businesses are growing in this booming economy...we just can't keep up! Choices, choices...

So we are looking for a lady with an interest in interior design, willing to take this venture over, and give it the true attention it deserves... there is the potential to make it a much, much bigger adventure, if one is willing to spend more than the 10 joint hours we give it a week ! But it can also just be a small, fun company with 20 hours a week (that is already double than what we do!). All the basic work is done, it just takes running it.. and spreading the word - we should have done a PR campaign, never had the time : (
