the area is around 120000m2 which is there is extra space also best for a coffee shop because of the location.
the track is under federation and is near to standards.
the business is running for 1 year with good monthly income.
the only reason for sale is that i want to travel outside the country.
other equipments and expenses like electric works,garage equip, karting accessories and the rest that we made on the track can be discussed.
By the way the location is next to ajman city center near to ajman festival.
and the rent is 10000 thousand monthly which there is one small shop for soft drinks that is paying us 2500 rent.so you can say 7500 for 120000m2 in middle of city of ajman.
